Non Stick Spray (Brush On)

After my failed attempts to make non stick spray, one of my sister in laws told me of a recipe.
Not sure if it is cheaper than the aerosol spray can stuff, but it works great.

1 part vegetable oil
1 part flour
1 part shortening

Mix together and brush on pan.  Store in the refrigerator.

No bread stuck to pan!
