Basic Pancake and Waffle Recipes

Simple Pancakes*

2 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp baking powder

Mix.  Add milk to desired consistency.  Cook on hot grill.

Can be used for waffles, just make it thinner.

Waffles*

2 cups milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 c oil
 2 eggs

Mix. Add:

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt

Mix. Cook.
